New Zealand Dairy Products Bangladesh Limited launched a new product— Farmland Full Cream Milk Powder— in the Bangladeshi market on Sunday.
This new powder milk comes from the world-famous dairy production company Fonterra Limited, New Zealand, the company said in a press release.
New Zealand Dairy hopes, their new product will support women entrepreneurs in making bakery items and sweets.
The unique formulation of this full cream milk powder provides great taste in cakes, sweets and desserts at an affordable price range, it added.
The launch of the new milk powder was announced in a press conference, where SA Mallick, FCA, managing director of New Zealand Dairy Products Bangladesh, was present.
The event at the AS Mahmud Seminar Hall of Daily Star building, was also attended by Mohsin Ahmed, CEO of New Zealand Dairy, along with other officials.
The dairy company has also taken a new project intended for women development.
Under this project, 3000 women entrepreneurs will be selected from 36000 families who will be trained specially by New Zealand Dairy. With adequate training and proficiency, these women will work to be recognized by their own name and capabilities.
