eGeneration awarded as SAP Emerging Partner of Bangladesh

eGeneration has been awarded the Emerging Partner of Bangladesh at the SAP Partner Success Summit 2021, held virtually on Thursday.

This is the first time any Bangladeshi company has received such recognition from SAP, one of the world's leading enterprise software providers, reads a press release on Saturday.

eGeneration competed with other nominees for the award from Bangladesh, including PwC, Eitekh, Omega.

The award was given in recognition of eGeneration's remarkable contribution to evolving the digital transformation ecosystem of Bangladesh by developing high tech local resources, creating employments, ensuring operability and productivity of local organisations, and establishing the global best practices in terms of technology adoption for local businesses even amid this global pandemic, the press release noted.

"Bangladesh has the opportunity to become a hub for SAP solutions with its bourgeoning IT industry," said SAP Director Deepak Shrivastava, adding that eGeneration is taking the lead in that journey.

"Industries in Bangladesh are growing fast and adapting technology and we are very much excited to have eGeneration as our partner in this uprise for the excellence shown by them throughout the years," he said.

Emran Abdullah, director, Operations and Sales, eGeneration said, "eGeneration and SAP have been helping many organisations with their overall digital transformation and become more productive, cost-efficient, and process-oriented even amid this pandemic. Now together with SAP, we would like to establish Bangladesh as a global hub for SAP resources and emerge eGeneration as a global SAP partner."
