ICMAB’s president updated the governor about the overall affairs of the institute – particularly about the development issues of the CMA profession

Bangladesh Bank governor assures support to ICMAB

A delegation of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) met the Bangladesh Bank's Governor Fazle Kabir at his office on Sunday.

The delegation was led by ICMAB's President, Abu Bakar Siddique.

ICMAB's president updated the governor about the overall affairs of the institute – particularly about the development issues of the CMA profession, said a media statement.

He also sought help from the governor to further develop the institute, and Fazle Kabir assured him of providing all out-support and assistance to ICMAB.

Among others, former president of ICMAB and President of Safa AKM Delwer Hussain; ICMAB Vice President Md Mamunur Rashid; its Secretary Kazi Muhammad Ziauddin; and Treasurer AKM Kamruzzaman, were present at the event.
