Wish I could sing loudly with friends again: Info Minister

Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud, a former student of Chittagong University (CU), reminisced his old days on Friday.

"We used to sing loudly while travelling on the shuttle train from the city to the university campus," he said.

Mahmud was speaking at the university's reunion, organised by CU Alumni Association at GEC Convention Centre in the port city.

"I wish if I could sing loudly with my friends again," he said.

CU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Shireen Akhter, alumni association's President Abdul Karim, General Secretary Mahbubul Alam, and hundreds of former students attended the programme.
