The government is all set to inaugurate a special tariff – Ek Desh Ek Rate (one country one rate) – to ensure broadband internet supply to the marginal level.

Post and Telecommunication Minister Mustafa Jabbar will inaugurate the facility at Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) on Sunday afternoon.

The ruling party made a promise to ensure internet facility to the marginalised people in its electoral manifesto.
