Police arrest ex-MP Abdullah Al Jakob from Gulshan

The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) arrested Abdullah Al Jakob, a former member of parliament (MP) of the Bhola-4 constituency from the capital's Gulshan this morning (1 October).
"He was arrested in a case filed with the Savar police station," said Talebur Rahman, deputy commissioner of DMP.
Jakob has been taken to the DB office.

Jakob became a parliament member from the Bhola-4 constituency with an Awami League (AL) ticket.
