PM mourns Notre Dame Treasurer Fr Joseph’s death

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has expressed deep grief at the demise of Notre Dame College's former principal and Notre Dame University's treasurer Fr Joseph S Peixotto. 

Fr Joseph will remain memorable to the nation for his contribution to the education of the country, said the premier in a condolence message as issued by the Press Wing at Prime Minister Office on Friday. 

She prayed for the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the members of his bereaved family.

Fr Joseph S Peixotto, CSC, passed away on Thursday morning due to old age complications.
