Kuwait declares amnesty for illegal immigrants including Bangladeshis

Kuwait government has declared a general amnesty for foreigners living illegally including Bangladeshis after two years.
All illegal Bangladeshi dwellers have been asked to complete the process from April 11 to April 15, 2020.
The Ministry of Interior in Kuwait said, citizens of each country have been given five days to complete the process of general forgiveness.
Chief and counselor of Bangladesh embassy in Kuwait Md Anisuzzaman said, 900 Bangladeshis completed all the processing of general amnesty on Saturday (April 11).
The Kuwaiti government can start sending illegal immigrants back to Bangladesh any day after the deadline, he added.
In 2018, around 8,000 Bangladeshis took the chance of general forgiveness in Kuwait.
