Income tax inspector held with bribe money in Chattogram

The Anti-Corruption Commission on Tuesday detained an income tax inspector along with bribe money from the Chattogram Income Tax Office in Agrabad area.
The detainee - Md Rezaul Karim was serving as an income tax inspector of Circle 31 under Tax Zone 2.
Lutful Kabir Chandan, deputy director at the Anti-Corruption Commission's Integrated District Office Chattogram 1, said the graft watchdog detained Rezaul along with Tk20,000 bribe based on a tip off.
