Healthcare and medicine for 2 taka

Pari Foundation initiated free healthcare along with medicine for only 2 taka on the occasion of International Mother Language Day.
The event started at 9am on Friday in the Uttara sector 12 park after offering flowers at the Shaheed Minar. Hundreds of marginalised people participated in this campaign.
President of Pari, Abu Taleb said, "The people who have come here today, they are our service providers directly or indirectly. But lack of money and concern impede them from having proper medical care. We are doing very minimal from our sense of responsibility. If we join together, we will be able to support these helpless people."
Slum dwellers, underprivileged children, rickshaw and van pullers, garment workers, guards, sweepers, labours, hawkers, beggars and destitute people came to avail this free healthcare programme.
