Fire kills pregnant woman among 4 of a family
The fire broke out on October 19 midnight when the family was sleeping, leaving them critically burned
A fire, originating from electric short circuit on October 19 killed 4 family members in Chattogram.
The deceased are – Amir Hossain, 32, his pregnant wife Khaleda Akter, 25, their children Uniya, 5, and Ashraful, 4.
Amir Hossain's brother Jamal Hossain from Nabinagar upazila of Brahmanbaria said Amir was a fish trader. He lived with his family in a rented house in Double Mooring thana of Chattogram.

The fire broke out on October 19 midnight when the family was sleeping, leaving them critically burned.
They were all sent to Chittagong Medical College Hospital, where the doctors on duty declared Ashraful dead.
Three other family members were immediately sent to the burn unit of Dhaka Medical College Hospital in critical condition.
Amirul and Uniya died while under treatment on Wednesday. Khaleda died on early hours of Thursday.
