Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal is in good health and he will place the budget for 2019-2020 Fiscal Year on schedule, on June 13, confirmed a Finance Ministry press release issued on Tuesday.

Earlier Tuesday evening, the minister visited Apollo Hospitals in Dhaka for a routine medical checkup.

The ministry issued the press release after rumours began circulating that the Finance Minister was unwell and that his budget speech was in doubt.
