Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) recently organised an orientation program for its 45th batch students.
The programme was held at ICSB campus on Saturday, said a press release.
Muzaffar Ahmed FCMA, FCS, president of ICSB, inaugurated the programme by greeting the students.
Addressing the students, he said that the profession of chartered secretary is both challenging and rewarding in the corporate world. He also talked about the abundance of opportunities in this field at home and abroad.
Mohammad Bul Hassan FCS, senior vice president and chairman of education committee of ICSB welcomed the newly admitted students.
In his speech, he discussed the 20 years history of ICSB and the course curriculum of the CS course. He also advised the students to attend classes regularly and to follow the rules and regulations of the institute.
Mohammad Sanaullah FCS, immediate past president and chairman of examination committee of ICSB briefly explained the examination system and the prospects of the chartered secretary profession.
Md Sharif Hasan FCS, council member of the institute gave a note of thanks on behalf of the institute.
