Cardiff International School’s sports competition held

The annual sports competition of the Cardiff International School Dhaka was held on Thursday on Government Physical Education College playground. Awami League central committee Presidium Member Abdur Rahman inaugurated the function as the chief guest, while JMI Group and Cardiff International Ltd Managing Director Md Abdur Razzaq was present as the special guest.

Awami League leader Abdur Rahman in his speech said, "The quality gap of educational service will be minimized if more affluent people like Abdur Razzaq step in." He urged the students to prepare themselves to build the 'Golden Bengal' — dream of the
father of the nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Abdur Razzaq in his speech said that he has the highest level of compassion and love for teaching profession as his father was a teacher. "I established the educational institution out of my responsibility to quality education," he added.

Referring to Bangladesh's maiden U-19 World Cup cricket victory, Abdur Razzaq inspired the students. He also urged all to build as education-friendly society marking the birth centenary of Bangabandhu.
