A suspected drug dealer was killed ‘by drowning in the river while trying to flee’ after a reported gunfight with police in Rajshahi on early Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as Md Amin, of Harpur village under Kashiadanga Police Station in the district.
Police claimed that the doctors did not find any gunshot mark in his body.
