An alleged drug and arms dealer was killed in a "gunfight" with Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) at Khilkhet's Swadesh Properties area in the capital today.  

The deceased was identified as Mizanur Rahman Mintu alias Megha Mintu, 34. 

Confirming the matter, Director of RAB Legal and Media Wing Sarwar Bin Kashem said, "One member of the elite force was also injured during the gun battle." 

Three guns, 10 cartridges and huge amount of yaba tablets were recovered from the spot, he added.
