Earlier, quoting the primary information of the physicians who conducted her autopsy, police said that Munia committed suicide.
On April 26, Munia, second-year student of a college in Dhaka, was found hanging in a flat in Dhaka's Gulshan area.
The victim's sister filed a case against Bashundhara group MD Sayem Sobhan Anvir with the Gulshan police station under Section 306 of the Penal Code later in the day.
