Barrister Humayun Kabir Pallab on Thursday filed a writ petition on the relevant department of the High Court seeking an investigation on N95 controversy.

The writ also sought instructions on blacklisting JMI Hospital Requisite Manufacturing Ltd.

The hearing of the writ petition is expected to take place in the virtual court next week. There's a possibility that the hearing will take place on Justice Obaidul Hassan's court.
