A court here has fixed October 27 for submitting probe report in a rape case filed against six persons, including ex-Dhaka University Central Students' Union (DUCSU) vice-president Nurul Haque Nur.

Dhaka Metropolitan Court magistrate Begum Mahmuda Akhter fixed the new date as the concerned investigation officer couldn't submit the probe report on the schedule date today (Oct 7).

The concerned sub-inspector of Lalbagh Police station confirmed it.
