Confiscate assets, bank accounts of 18 ILFSL directors: High Court   

The High Court Tuesday ordered to the authorities concerned to confiscate all assets and bank accounts of 18 directors of capital market enlisted company International Leasing and Financial Services Limited (ILFSL).

High Court Justice Khurshed Alam Sarker also ordered to seize their passports as well.

The court also appointed former deputy governor of Bangladesh Bank Khondkar Ibrahim Khaled as the director and chairman of the company.
