Couple among 3 found dead in Cox’s Bazar Rohingya camp
The murders probably took place over a family feud, said the APBn members
The members of the Armed Police Battalion (APBn) recovered the blood-stained bodies of three people from a Rohingya Camp in Ukhia, Cox's Bazar today.
The deceased are Nurul Islam, 32, his wife Marium Begum, 26, and his sister-in-law Halima Khatun, 22. They were residents of the D-7 block of Kutupalang mega camp.
The murders probably took place over a family feud, said the APBn members.
Ukhia police station's Officer-in-Charge Ahmed Sajur Rahman has confirmed it to the media.
The bodies were recovered on Friday afternoon. Locally-made sharp weapons were found at the spot.
