College student found dead in Rajshahi
Police are not sure whether it was organised crime or a mere incident of robbery
Police recovered a body of a college student from Hatem Kha Choto Masjid area in Rajshahi on early Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as Fardin E Asharia Rabbi, 19, an HSC second-year student of Rajshahi City College hailing from Parvatipur upazila of Dinajpur.
"He had injury marks on his scalp from sharp weapons. We are not sure whether it was organised crime or a mere incident of robbery," said Ruhul Kuddus, additional deputy commissioner of Rajshahi Metropolitan Police Station.

“He left his hostel for home in the early hours to celebrate Eid-ul-Adha with the family,” he added.
It is suspected that he was killed on his way to railway station.
Police recovered his mobile phone and money bag from the spot and informed his family about the incident using his phone.
