Bus plunge hurts 25 Chittagong University students
“After hearing the incident, we rushed to the spot. Proper steps will be taken after investigation if any negligence is found”
At least 25 students of Chittagong University (CU) were injured in a bus accident in Chattogram's Hathazari today morning.
The injured are students from different departments of the university.
University Proctor SM Monirul Hasan said, "The bus carrying students fell into the ditch while giving space to another bus coming from the opposite direction, leaving 25 injured."

Of them, 12 students were sent to Chittagong Medical College Hospital while others have been given primary treatment at Hathazari Upazila Health Complex.
"After hearing the incident, we rushed to the spot. Proper steps will be taken after investigation if any negligence is found," the proctor added.
