In 50 Chattogram villages, Ramadan begins Tuesday
Mirzakheel Durbar Sharif spokesman Mohammad Mashudur Rahman said they will start fasting from Tuesday

Devoted Muslims living in more than 50 villages of south Chattogram will begin fasting of Ramadan on Tuesday keeping similarity with the people of Saudi Arabia.
For more than 200 years, followers of Mirzakheel Durbar Sharif in Satkania upazila of the district have been observing the Ramadan fasting, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha one day before the rest of the country does.
Mirzakheel Durbar Sharif spokesman Mohammad Mashudur Rahman said they will start fasting from Tuesday in the line with Saudia Arabia and other Arab world countries as they are the followers of the Hanafi school.
According to the Mirzakheel Durbar Sharif, alongside millions of in Satkania, its followers across the country will start their Ramadan fasting on Tuesday by eating sehri on Monday night.
