Job Context
We are Waste 3R Engineering & Solutions, a well-established environmental solution provider that has a vision to Source and Implement Advanced Water & Wastewater Treatment Technologies along with water recycle. W3RES focus specialization on entirely in house engineering capabilities, dynamic as a whole a professionally managed organization. We are looking for energetic, Self-driven, hardworking Assistant manager-marketing he will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the development and expansion of innovative marketing strategies for our company.
Job Responsibility
- Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Creating compelling sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, proposals, and promotional materials, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/solutions- WWTP, MBR based ETP Recycling Plant-RO, STP and Environmental Consultancy.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and cohesion across all sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Education: B.Sc. in Chemical Engg./ M.SC in Environmental Science/ (MBA/ M.Sc Preferred).
Experience: 6 to 8 years
Additional Requirements
- Age 32 to 38 years
- 6-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in ETP/STP/WTP/RO/ZLD market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
